How do I buy packs, and where do I see what I bought?
Packs are one tap on the billing page for Therapist accounts (families don’t need them). Every purchase is processed by Stripe with a real invoice and receipt — your full payment history lives in the secure Stripe billing portal, one click from the billing page.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the billing page: MANAGE / CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION opens the secure Stripe portal, where cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Your prepaid minutes stay yours.
What does the free trial include?
Everything in your plan for 7 days. A card is required but not charged until day 7, and Therapist accounts get 60 free remote video minutes to try a live session.
